How to delete your Mind & Muscle account and data
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. All your data, including training history, workout plans, video uploads, and progress will be permanently removed. If you wish to use Mind & Muscle again, you will need to create a new account.
How to Delete Your Account
Delete in the App (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly from the Mind & Muscle app:
- Open the Mind & Muscle app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Or Email Us
If you prefer, we can delete your account for you:

Include: The email address associated with your account
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, birthday)
- Training history and workout data
- Video uploads and analysis results
- Subscription and purchase history
- All personal preferences and settings
- Team memberships and communications
Timeline
Deletion in the app is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Cannot Be Undone
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you wish to use Mind & Muscle again, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
Subscription Cancellation
Important: Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
